From Banpresto. Gamma 2 is one of the main antagonists in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and is affiliated with the Red Ribbon Army. Both he and Gamma 1 are considered to be the mightiest androids. Gamma 2 carries a ray gun, much like Gamma 1's, but his shoots out blue lasers.
